OK, OK I know its a while since I posted, but I've been a busy girl!

I thought I would update you with a few pictures.

These are the ones that are in focus - these pups are always on the move!

This chap is called Clyde - suits him, don't you think?

He is very nearly a Red - just a few stripes of brindle across his back and down his legs.

May I present Baxter, a red brindle with a great white goatee beard. A very happy chappy!

He looks very serious in this shot though!

Binka Thinks........

Well Binka rarely thinks to be honest - she's my daughter and I love her but lets face it, she's not the sharpest tool in the box. To quote a popular phrase "not all of her dogs are barking."

But she is desperate to get involved. I have had to tell her off a couple of times for sticking her nose in...........though maybe she'll come in handy helping me clean up around here.

Feeding Frenzy

Well, the children are growing fast. All they seem to do is eat. Some eat more than others. In fact some do not STOP eating.

This video shows what happen when you have ten babies and only eight nipples. Hmmmm......

Birthday!

Well the babies came early, four days early to be precise, so Mum and Dad were taken a bit by surprise. In the early hours of Sunday 2nd March I started to puff and pant.
I kept them waiting all day! Dad kept saying "Do you think she's having us on?" Hah hah.
At 8.50pm the first one was ready to make an appearance. It was a little scary because she came feet first. Mum said it looked a bit freaky, but we all stayed calm. We named the first pup "mouse".

The babies followed at fairly regular intervals after that until just after midnight. I was up to nine at that point. I think we were all a bit surprised!

We settled down, quite happy that we had down a good job. Mum stayed with me during the night. I was a little restless and at 3am felt a bit odd. All of a sudden there was another pup! Mum was a bit worried because last time I had Pups I gave birth to one in the middle of the night and it wasn't alive.

But Mum worked really hard and the puppy started breathing with no problems.

So here they are.........
